Hermann J. Wiemer Field White NV Review
Such a nice Finger Lakes-style white. It’s grippy and zesty with river-rock minerality. There is a slight hint of sweetness that is cleaned up quickly by bracing acidity. This with some fish and chips would make a delicious lunch.
