Henry Fuchs Pinot Gris 2021 Review
Alsace is known for its rich and round style of Pinot Gris, and this full-bodied, expressive bottle from Henry Fuchs is a great example. Ripe fruit notes of fuzzy peaches, juicy mango, and lemon oil come across on the palate. The alcohol is a bit high at 14 percent ABV, but it adds a nice depth to the wine.
