Heaven Hill 7 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Review
This is a reincarnation of Heaven Hill’s previous, six-year-old bottled-in-bond expression. The prior retailed exclusively in Kentucky and was always considered a bargain among bourbon aficionados. For those willing to make the price jump or looking to explore this expression for the first time, the new release offers nutty aromas, with hints of earth and vanilla. There's great depth of flavor to the palate, with layers of dried fruit, toasted nuts, and caramel.
