Halcyon Wines Blanc of Cabernet Franc 2018 Review
Juicy, ripe pear mingles with subtle white pepper on the nose. With a swirl, a touch of ginger emerges. The palate is full and round, with a nice tannic grip balanced by vibrant acidity. It’s only available on their website but is unique enough (it’s not actually pink but straw-yellow) for an e-commerce splurge.
