Giro Ribot 'Paul Cheneau' Brut Cava NV Review
This a good bubbly for mimosas. The nose and palate are somewhat neutral with notes of sour apples and maybe some pears. But the bubbles are soft and with a good dose of OJ you can make an all day brunch happen.
