This wine is excellent. It has such balance. It smells like sticking your nose into a bouquet of white flowers on a concrete driveway after a rainstorm. The acidity is medium, giving the wine a slight weight, which is wonderful, and balances the depth with the refreshing vibes. If you see it, grab it. This wine with a seafood dish like grilled fish or scallops will sing.
