Gamble Family Vineyards Paramount Red 2015 Review
When you're spending on Cali red blends, this is the balance you are looking for. Cherries and plum aromas greet you, along with tight, focused black currant and dill aromas. The herbaceous side is a push and pull as clove, nutmeg, and vanilla vie for attention, caught up in a mist of earthy hawthorn and cracked black pepper. This is an age-worthy wine drinking with power and elegance now.
