This is one of the best sparkling wines from Italy. If you have a craving for lean, crisp, mineral-driven bubbles that don’t weigh you down with yeasty-ness, this is your wine. It is structured and balanced with persistent bubbles that lift the apple and honey vibes on the palate. This will make you put down the Champers for a while. It’s elegant and affordable, and can jive with a bucket of fried chicken.
