Force & Grace Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review
Winemaker Jean Hoefliger talks about Force & Grace as a way of making wine. The labels are adorned with photos of fabric randomly tossed into the air to represent the push and pull of nature and wine. Hoefliger's approach to Napa Cab is to express the sense of place and these wines do just that. This Oakville gem is soft with subtle oak notes woven into bright red fruit. There are hints of rhubarb, soil, and pepper. The body of the wine is soft yet powerful with deep fruit. Refreshing acidity lifts the wine on the palate.
