Folie a Deux Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2017 Review
Russian River wines can be pricey, but can also be transcendent. This offering by the people that brought you Menage A trois, is a great, uncomplicated wine from this region that is well under $20. What it lacks in depth, it makes up for in bright, grippy pear and apple notes, and a hint of oak to provide some vanilla saying hi from backstage. It is a great chard to have on offer for those spontaneous wine and game nights.
