Field Recordings Jurassic Park Chenin Blanc 2023 Review
Field Recordings is a winery that celebrates diversity in grapes, sourcing uncommon varieties from unique sites across California's Central Coast. This Chenin Blanc comes from the Jurassic Park vineyard, planted in the '70s in Santa Barbara County. The age of these vines comes through in the wine's deep concentration. This bottle has an earthy, mineral-driven nose with overripe apple and pear aromas. The palate has a juicy fruit core, balanced by excellent acidity.
