Fattoria dei Pagliaresi "Pagliarese" Chianti Classico DOCG 2016 Review
This wine drinks like a much more expensive wine, which is good news for everyone! Bright and medium bodied with soft tannin and a nice, even 13% alcohol, this Classico from the most southern township is filled with earth and sour cherry tones. The best part though is the eucalyptus that stabs through the core of the wine and arrives center stage, yet in step with the other aromas. P.S. It’s awesome the second day if you don’t finish it.
