Enderle & Moll Pinot Noir Basis 2021 Review

Germany isn't necessarily known for its Pinot Noir, but they do it and do it well. It just doesn’t make its way stateside that frequently. Fortunately for us, the Enderle & Moll Pinot Noir is here. A partnership in Baden that's been breaking the rules of wine since 2007 and has shown that there's a new generation in town. This Pinot Noir is delicious. It has a very earthy and leathery nose with notes of ripe cherry, rhubarb, and a hint of cinnamon. There's a lean yet balanced mouthfeel with vibrant acidity and pops of tart red fruit.
