Elvelo Reposado Review
Elvelo’s reposado comes in hot, clocking in at 44.5 percent ABV. Subtle oak character leads the nose, while the palate is full of interesting green notes and spice that will keep you pondering for an age. Despite its affordable price tag, this reposado can be enjoyed neat and will appeal to those who drink overproof spirits or enjoy the bite of a rye whiskey. (Perhaps just stick an ice cube in there to take off the edge.)
