Elijah Craig Straight Rye Review
While this Heaven Hill produced rye whiskey contains just 51 percent rye in its mash bill, the cereal's character is notable on both nose and palate. Spicy notes mingle seamlessly with toasted oak, followed by sweet undertones of barley and corn. Serve with a single large ice cube or mixed in a rye Old Fashioned. This is a solid, elegant option, particularly at this price point.
