El Dorado 12 Years Review
Produced in three historic stills (a mix of pot and column), this molasses-based rum spends 12 years in ex-whisky casks before release. Despite that resting period, it suffers no shortage of liveliness or energy. Vibrant fruit aromas rise from the glass before each sip delivers rich helpings of dried fruit and enticing spice. This is a great option for Rum Old Fashioneds.
