Eberle Estate Vineyard Chardonnay 2018 Review
Right when this wine wants to overwhelm you with oak and vanilla, it backs off to just the right distance for you to enjoy those intense characteristics without being licked in the face. It’s the bracing, lively acidity that does that work. This is a great American Chardonnay, giving you the familiar in moderate doses. This wine will work with food, like chicken salad and roasted veggies, but could also be a nice sunset sipper with good friends.
