D’Ussé V.S.O.P. Cognac Review
D’Ussé’s V.S.O.P. is an excellent gateway Cognac. It might not appeal to die-hard Cognac enthusiasts, but it provides a well-rounded entry point for newcomers to the category. It’s balanced, oaky, and slightly sweet, epitomizing the terms “approachable” and — sorry to all the snobs out there! — “smooth”. That should be celebrated, even if this expression ends up being someone’s final destination rather than the beginning of a journey.
