If you’re looking for a rich sipping Cognac with some tannic grip, this X.O. from Bisquit & Dubouché is the bottle to spring for. Autumn and winter spices kick off the nose, followed by wafts of nutmeg, toffee, and sandalwood. Upon taking a sip, you’ll discover that the palate lands surprisingly bright with wonderful textural complexity. While some of what you're paying for here is the packaging, the liquid inside is also top tier.
