Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot Three Palms Vineyard 2020 Review
Duckhorn is one of the most foundational wine brands of Napa Valley. They came on the scene in the late '70s, before there was even an AVA system, and made a name for Merlot from the Three Palms vineyard. To this day this wine continues to impress. There’s a deep dive of mocha and berries on the nose. The oak integration is seamless. This is a big Merlot with a very opulent mouthfeel, but it has just the right amount of acidity to keep the wine lifted on the palate. This wine can be enjoyed now or continue to age for years to come.
