Riesling comes in many forms, and this is a perfect example of a drier, more powerful version of the grape. The nose is fragrant and classic - white peach, lime, petrol, river stone - and the palate is fairly in-your-face with peachy fruit and less about complexity. Honeyed, beeswax-like richness follows through on the finish, despite the brightness throughout.
