Domaine Weinbach Gewurztraminer Clos des Capucins Cuvee Theo 2016 Review
Beautiful spicy lean fruit, with frothy acidity. This is such a unique wine. It smells like honey tinged with ginger, and cinnamon with a lemon twist. It has great balance and would calm the heat of a Thai red curry dish or amplify a coconut milk poached fish.
