Domaine Skouras Dum Vinum Sperum Chardonnay 2021 Review
Greece is not necessarily known for Chardonnay. There are so many indigenous varieties in the country why would anyone want to work with it? Well, thankfully Domaine Skouras decided to. This wine is great. It has a ripe nose that is calmed by soft aromas of vanilla that do not overwhelm. The balance on the palate is a testament to human skill but also the island breeze. Amazing acidity flies through the wine touching every corner and keeping your senses heigtened.
