Copain Wines Tidal Break Chardonnay 2020 Review
Since 1999 Copain has focused on single-vineyard designated wines. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah are their main focus and they have made a name for themselves in the quality department. This Chardonnay is a great example of their skill. It’s a subtle wine that packs a punch. The nose is soft and mineral with a touch of oak. The mouthfeel is especially welcoming with a creamy weight on the palate and a good dose of natural acidity winding through. Even though you can feel the weight, it won’t weigh you down.
