Division 'Deux' Pinot Noir 2021 Review
Owners Kate Norris and Thomas Monroe have an urban winery. While the winery is modern, they bring in some varieties from vines we would call ancient by today's standards. This Pinot has fruit from vines that are fifty years of age and it comes through in the wine. The nose is light and herby with a classic cherry note hovering above. The palate sings with high tone balance and a bit of tannin framing that ancient feel of good fruit concentration and vibrant acidity. And at this price it's a win-win.
