Denner Vineyards Viognier 2018 Review

This lemony Voignier sets the new standard of style in California for this grape. It has a great perception of mineral-driven wet rock (like after a rainstorm). This lighter style allows you to enjoy the well-known more floral and orange peel notes without them being all up in your face. It reminds me of a sunny afternoon in the backyard with a big plate of roasted vegetables covered with crumbled salty cojita cheese and drizzled with olive oil.
