Decoy Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review

There will always be a perception of sweetness in Cali Savi B due to the sun and its work developing those natural sugars so, for one to be good, there needs to be a balance between that and the grapes natural (primary) aromas. This affordable example from Duckhorn’s second label is just that. Although the alcohol is a bit high, this wine is soft and round on the palate with notes of grapefruit and honeydew and just enough acidity to accentuate a hint of lemongrass and apricot for a clean finish.
