Cuvaison is known for their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but they should also and absolutely be known for their Merlot. This wine is the stuff we fall in love with as wine drinkers. It is a Merlot that will have you running around looking for others like it. Texturally expressive with just the right amount of aroma, it is the epitome of smooth. The body is crushed velvet with a chewy center framed by the subtlest of tannin.
