The Full Review
Right out of the bottle the nose is like taking a bunch of fresh berries and tossing them in a bowl of yogurt with fresh vanilla bean. As the wine breathes, some faint peppery notes pop up for contrast. It’s a high alcohol wine, but has good acidity, and is balanced enough that the heat of the wine is not prominent. Like big, full bodied wines, and want to branch out a bit? This is a good one to mess around with.
