Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum Review
While charcoal filtration has stripped this aged rum down to a Chardonnay hue, it maintains all character on nose and palate. Intense molasses and charred oak aromas begin the experience, while the palate arrives sweet, balanced, and versatile, making this ideal for cocktail creation. Anything that includes lime juice and sugar will work just fine.
