Copain Wines Les Voisins Rosé of Pinot Noir 2019 Review
Welcome to strawberries and yogurt with a wedge of honeydew. That’s the wine. JK there’s more. This is one of the most structured rosé wines I have had from the states. It has a quiet tannin structure framing the wine and th acidity is low-ish, with a nice weight on the palate. I wanna say that this is a serious pink. It feels like the wine wants you to contemplate it like a red. You will.
