Concannon Vineyard Reserve Zinfandel 2023 Review
This estate grown Zinfandel is sourced from Concannon’s small, 1.68-acre vineyard in the Livermore Valley, planted on gravel and clay rich soils.The nose is subtle, with soft blackberry notes, but on the palate, the wine comes alive with flavors of sweet, spiced strawberry jam, clove, and blood orange. It has a subtle tannic edge and beautifully supportive acidity. The finish lingers with a savory impression.
