Cognac Park Borderies Mizunara Review
This Cognac lives up to the hype associated with Mizunara aged or finished releases. The Japanese oak’s influence can often prove tough to pin down, but it truly shines in this expression. Distinct sandalwood and baking spice notes greet the nose, complementing the spirit’s baked apple and toffee-laced palate.
