The nose opens with candied lemon and pineapple. With a swirl, some white pepper emerges along with a hint of basil On the palate the aromas struggle, due to the high alcohol which dominates the mouthfeel. It’s a good, crowd pleasing wine, just not the most balanced example of this grape.
