Chateau des Landes Cuvee Prestige 2016 Review
Concentrated, with good depth, and a still-ornery tannin structure. There are black currant aromas tinged with herbs, such as oregano and anise. Under those grumpy tannins is the comfy note of wet leaves and rose petals. It’s affordable, so may be fun to buy a case and watch it evolve.
