Darcie Kent Estate Winery Crown Block Merlot 2023 Review
This Merlot benefits from the unique location of the Crown Block vineyard site, situated in the hills of Livermore Valley’s highest elevation area. The 10-acre site’s rocky, well-draining soils produce low yields, leading to an intense concentration of the fruit. The result is an inky, plush wine with rich notes of stewed fruit and complex hints of earth and spice. Soft, juicy, and delicious.
