Chateau de Montfort Vouvray 2018 Review
A great intro into the demi-sec side of Vouvray, with prominent notes of spearmint and passion fruit. With a swirl the concentrated sweetness of a white peach emerges, with a hint of ginger. The palate is calm, with a little weight balanced by good, medium acidity.
