Don’t be distracted by this wine’s over-the-top, metallic exterior, the liquid inside the bottle is the star here. This 100 percent Chardonnay opens with notes of white flowers, toasted nuts, and citrus on the nose. It’s aged for six years on the lees, which adds an opulent creamy texture to the palate.
