Cedar + Salmon Pinot Gris 2018 Review
The wine opens with prominent aromas of honeysuckle and pears. With a swirl the mineral aspect emerges with a crushed rock salinity. The palate is grippy and has good acidity but it is a little sweet, with an added aroma of creamy coconut. It's a fun wine to sip without food.
