Cedar Ridge Nine and Three Quarters Review
The interesting name is actually just an age statement — this Iowa distilled rye was aged for nine years and nine months. A high rye (85 percent) high-malted mash bill gives this an almost Scotch-like flavor profile, biscuity and bready with some unexpected sherry notes.
