Cavit Bottega Vinai Pinot Grigio 'Trentino' 2018 Review
This is a nice upper level Pinot Grigio from Cavit. It has a tart palate, with soft acidity which provides the wine with a bit of weight. The grip on the palate makes this wine a great foil for a nice, fresh ball of Mozzarella, or grilled fish.
