Catoctin Creek Cask Proof Roundstone Rye Review
Don't be intimidated by the high proof of this Virginia rye. The alcohol is exceptionally well incorporated and only serves to intensify the whiskey's flavors and lengthen its finish. The rye-forward profile is complemented by subtle oak influence, and dried fruit and toffee notes.
