Castle & Key Small Batch Traditional Bourbon 2023 Batch 1 Review
Situated on the site of the historic Old Taylor Distillery, Castle & Key offers exceptional bourbons released in small batches throughout the year. This, the first release of 2023, is bottled at 4 years old, 100 proof, and retails for just over 50 bucks. On the palate, the whiskey delivers a delightful profile that balances sweet oak and vanilla with rounded grain notes from the high-corn, rye-accented mash bill.
