Cartograph Perli Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016 Review
This wine is a bit rough around the edges, with the taninn being a touch too ornery. This hides some of the more subtle notes of cherry and some sort of herb that's trying to lift into your brain. A bit of vanilla pops up to say hi along with some cherry and plowed earth, but their mostly masked by the tannin. Maybe some time in bottle will suss some of these issues out to reflect the balance the wine needs.
