Camus Port Cask Finish Review
This Cognac is bottled at 43.2 percent ABV following a finishing period in Tawny port casks. As you might expect, ripe red fruit notes define its profile. They also pair seamlessly with the dried fruit character of the base spirit. A crack of prickly pepper on the finish serves to balance out the bright fruit tones.
