Bushmills Single Malt 10 Years Review
The Scots may have cornered the single malt category, but this 10-year aged expression from Bushmills offers stiff competition. Over the course of the decade aging, the whiskey has developed complex leather and earth aromas, which jive nicely against the youthful scent of fresh fruit. The palate is light-bodied in texture, but also serves a rich concentration of flavors, such as dried apples, honey, and spices. This is a delicate whiskey for those who enjoy subtle pleasures.
