Bremerton Coulthard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Review
Sisters Rebecca and Lucy Willson took an old alfalfa farm with some vines and converted it into a vineyard in the early '90s. Of course, they chose to plant Shiraz, but they also wanted to give a nod to the variety that put Langhorne Creek on the map in Australia’s wine industry: Cabernet Sauvignon. And with this beautiful wine, we can see why. It has an earthy nose with the slightest hint of mint and tart berry fruit. The mouthfeel is soft yet focused, with great natural acidity and edgy tannins.
