Bravium Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2015 2016 Review
From the cool climate of Mendocino comes this beautiful oaky, bright Pinot Noir with aromas of smoke and cherries and a dusty chalk vibe hovering. On the palate this wine is light as a feather (there’s a feather on the label...hmmm) with cumulus cloud like acidity that brings out black olive and herbs notes. It’s airy and elegant, while chewy, with a nice push and pull between the perception of sweet and savory.
