Boundary Breaks Single Vineyard Riesling Ice Wine 2017 Review
It takes a lot to make a little when it comes to ice wine, which is why some of the better examples out there can be a bit expensive. But if ice wine is your jam, and you have accepted this fact, then you should get you hands on this bottle ASAP. Boundary Breaks LOVES Riesling; it’s the foundation of their winery. This is one of the cleanest ice wines I've had in a while, with a lean acidity giving the wine backbone and allowing the fun stuff like candied pineapple and pear with notes of citrus and an awesome hint of sage to shine through. If ice wine is your thing, this wine is worth the cash.
