Boekenhoutskloof Franschhoek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Review

It’s pricey, but damn is it smooth. This South African Cab is soft and angular, meaning that it won’t weigh down the palate.  It has nice edges on the mouthfeel, with dark mocha fruit, and those just-right classic bitter peppery notes. This is a great steak night wine to share with good friends.
